Urgent Accommodation for Vulnerable Mothers in Yekaterinburg urgently needs sponsoring.
Less than in a month, in late March we will have to close the Department for Vulnerable Mothers in case we haven’t found the funds to support the work of the department.
At the moment 3 mothers and 5 kids from 4 months to 5 years old who have no place to go live in the Department. The monthly cost of the project is about ˆ2 200. This sum includes the rent for the 3 room apartment where Urgent Accommodation is located, food and care products money for mothers and kids and salaries of social workers. It is the only social shelter in Yekaterinburg (the city population is nearly 1 500 000 persons) where vulnerable mothers can turn to having no place to go to and no money to live on.
Both mothers living in the Department and employees of our organization ask companies and individuals who have an opportunity to help for support to the Department.
